Facilitated negotiations with engineering, tool mechanics and
supporting disciplines for major scheduling of tooling rework in preparation of the
767-400 Extended Range airplane. Researched documents, databases and information to develop business
processes, beta tested systems and resolved issues. Created training content and
instructional methods for complex business processes used by individuals, work groups, and
upper management. As a Site Key User, organized meetings, levelset seminars and work shops
in support of (DCAC / MRM) program.
Retained as a Site Key User to provide maintenance of on-going
training, development, and clarifications of business processes. Member of Integrated
Tooling Solutions team, (747, 767, 777) representing 500+ tooling Industrial Analysts.
Organized data relating to evolving corporate systems and created documentation, operation
